How are you all my friends? I am fine Alhamdulillah. I made today's diary in preparation for the day before Eid. There are many problems on the day before Eid. I also had a lot of work. Making masala-ready, making pitha, feeding those people who came with cows, putting henna on my girl's hand, these are my diary entries today.

There is a distinct joy in the preparations on the eve of Eid. Moreover, many things have to be prepared on the day before Eid. And the day before Eid is very exciting. This day before Eid is the best day of the week for me. So let's get started.

I woke up early in the morning because I had a lot of work to do the day before Eid. I got up in the morning and went to work with just a cup of tea. Bread is made with rice flour during Eid. So I got up early in the morning and ground some rice in a blender. Blend the rice powder and sift the powder. Then you get a fine powder.

After powdering the rice powder, I also powdered some spices. You can see in the picture how I ground my spices one by one. I use a blender to powder all my spices. First, I ground coriander. Then I made my special garam masala powder. I made this garam masala recipe from YouTube. This garam masala had a lot of fragrance. Anyway, after powdering everything, I put it in the glass jar. For cooking on the morning of Eid.

My husband bought our cow the day before Eid. So I cooked for them who helped my husband to buy our cow. I fried eggs to feed those people who brought cows. Also had fish broth.

Before I finished cooking, they came with the cow. It has been raining heavily for a few days. They returned home with a wet cow after suffering a lot in the rain. The cows were wet. There was a lot of rain so we were worried about where to keep the cows. Then I made an arrangement and kept the cows there by tying polythene in our yard. Anyway, I prepared rice for them at the table to wash their hands. They both ate and drank and then left.

I also had some work left and got that done. I had prepared all the utensils needed for cooking and keeping the meat. I was making some pitas in the afternoon. I had coconut in the house so I made coconut pita with coconut. There was some samuca in the fridge and I fried them. In the evening, we had an afternoon snack of pita and samucha.

At night, we fed the cows with grass. My children were very happy to see the cow. My son was next to the cow all day. The cows were fed grass frequently and patted on the head occasionally. Eid al-Adha is an important day in our Islamic religion. Allah has given us Tawfiq to sacrifice, and for that, we were able to buy cows. That's the happiest thing for us. We took care of the cow for one night because tomorrow we will sacrifice the cow in the name of Allah. However, the night before Eid is always special.

At night I put henna on my daughter's hands. The joy of Eid is a little more in children. So I put henna on her hand despite all the work. so, that night was very special for me.
