The Diary Game [08/11/2023] // Presbyterian Church Day Finals.

Hello, steemians trust we all are great. I am happy to share with you all how my day today went. So today was the finals of the football tournament of our church Presbyterian church Ntaghem and our team qualified for the finals.
It was a fine morning today. The sky was blue and beautiful and I had to go about my daily activities. I started by going to pick up tickets for my December show, coming up on the 10th of December at Franco Alliance Veterinary Junction Bamenda. So I went and picked it up and that is how I was able to capture this fine picture of the sky.

After collecting the tickets, I went back home to edit. I edited videos of our actors in training. now editing is interesting because you have the unique opportunity to correct mistakes, color correct and color grade, treat sound etc. The editing took me like 5 to 6 hours to finish, after that, I posted on our social media handles and tag people.

Next I took off for bambili with a friend on a bike. I wanted to quickly go pick up something from my house in Bambili. Some people say it is risky taking a bike to Bambili which to some extend is true because of the speed on the road. However, me and my friend took it slowly and we got held up by the military control before Bambui. We spent some time there though but it was all good because we had shaved and were just like regular students going to school so luckily for us we didn't spend any money to bribe. We arrived Bambui and I went and collected the stuffs that took me there. My friend and I went to down quarter and I was amazed by the amount of constructions going on there. I must confess we have grown infrastructure wise as a people. We went and saw his friend and after like 15 minutes we took off back for town. By the time we arrived town it was already few minutes pass 2PM so I rushed to the field.

In church, the games started super late, we had egg and spoon race, sack race, thread and needle then football. Our match started a few minutes to 5PM. unfortunately, we couldn't play for long. With defensive errors, we lost the match one goal to zero. I sustained an injury on my left knee. The second half lasted just 15 minutes and we the retaining champions sadly couldn't do much as the match was ordered to end because everywhere was already dark.

So dear Steemians I would conclude by saying I think my day has just been a mixed blessing because I have achieved what I had planned to achieve but lost a very crucial match and sustained an injury.
