So today I woke up very early. As early as 6AM to go to Santa for some job with one NGO. My day started actually at Behind St Agnes as there were some excepts that we needed to take there for the production my company is currently handling.
So by 6:30AM I was Ntamulung and from there moved to church center in Mankon to cover clean up work and then move to Santa. The coverage at church center took about 3 hours and I left with a friend who has a car to Santa.
We arrived Santa at about 10AM and started covering the event we had to cover. It started with a football and handball match of the villagers of Santa village.
The matches played and we moved to the palace for some cultural displays. It was made up of games like egg and spoon race, sack race, thug of war and traditional dances not forgetting display of traditional dances.
I learnt alot about traditional meals of the Northwest region and the west region.
The program ended at 5PM, with general dancing and we drove back to Bamenda.
I must say I'm impressed by the work being done on the Bamenda Babadjou road and my prayer is that nothing should hinder it.
I finally got home at 6:30PM took a bath, ate and watched some news to be updated on current events.
