The diary game: 31-10-2021

Hello and blessed Sunday to you all. I hope y'all had a great weekend..

I woke up this Sunday morning at 5:30 am, I couldn't really sleep cause one of my sim cards containing money for an emergency case got bad somehow. It couldn't read in any phone and so it disrupted some plans. I went to explain the issue to my dad and he offered to lend me the money to take care of my emergency until I'm able to resolve the issue with my sim card. This make me cheer up a little.

At about 6 am, I went to heat water for my mom's bath and then went on to help her prepare for church.
When I had prepared her bath, I sorted out her laundry and started on it. It was raining heavily and I could not go to church in the weather. My parents and sisters had a ride though so they left.
After the laundry, I swept the compound cause the rain had stopped.
My nephew later called me cause he was feeling lonely. I cheered him up by taking pictures with him. He loves pictures.

I still had to clean the kitchen so that was my next target. My brother cleaned the windows and the gas while I took care of the dishes, pots and the floor. Soon, everyone was back from church.
Good was served but I didn't eat cause I had to go get my dress from a tailor.
I quickly had my bath and rushed there.
Upon arrival, she wasn't around. I had to wait outside her shop for a good 30 minutes but still she didn't show up.

I finally left the place feeling disappointed and angry cause the dress was to be worn to an art festival in the evening at 5pm and it was already 4:50 pm. I couldn't go anymore cause I didn't have the attire and I wasn't feeling as excited anymore.

On my way home, I met my brothers going out and I decided to tag along with them.
We got to the main road and one of them had to shave but the only place with electricity was packed so he took a taxi to sandpit.

My brother and I returned home. I went to the kitchen and realized there wasn't dinner. So I took the keys to the shop and went along with my cousin to get some foodstuff to make pasta.
We got the ingredients along with a drink and returned home to cook.
About 30 minutes later, we were done and I served food for everyone.

After eating, I started making a poster for my SPUD4STEEM pledge post. It didn't take too long. I finished and write the post before settling to write this diary post.
