I hope everyone will be well. I am also fine . Today is my first post in this community because the challenge came for this week, so I said why not participate in it. The title is very beautiful and very important regarding health there is a health campaign going on in this community we can say this and what I know I will share with you guys.Apple is one of the most popular fruits in the world.Apples may be a favorite fruit for many of us. It is loved by everyone because of its mild taste and beautiful appearance. Physicians also recommend eating this fruit daily. You must have noticed, when you see a beautiful, shiny and glossy app; Automatically puts a smile on your face! Now let's talk about apple fruit in descriptive manner sweet red apple; Exotic green apple! Apples are one of the delicious and crisp fruits that are loved all over the world. Apple is a sub-acidic fruit and the most valuable of all fruits. It is a fleshy, juicy fruit with a hard skin. Greenish yellow to red in color. It has pinkish white flesh inside that tastes really good!

I will explain it in my own words as I will share with you many aspects of my life that I do in my life routine to keep myself healthy for my life.So let me tell you first of all that I do morning walk on daily basis which keeps my body very fit and energetic all day long because of a healthy mind. A healthy body can protect this I say so it is very important to take care of health. I am This is what I am saying so it is very important to take care of health.I have made a time table on which I have breakfast on time and also have lunch.And with lunch I also eat a plate of salad which is very important for the body to make up for the lack of vitamins and calcium in your body and also I eat dinner very early. I also consume a lot of fruits and also consume a lot of milk and according to a time table I live my life with a very good routine so according to me I have to take care of my health a lot. You must give me your opinion whether I am doing right or wrong.

Every person must learn something new in life and there are some habits that a person has from the beginning and some habits that a person has learned from others. It will not be wrong to say that life is yours.My friends who are cricketers have a big hand behind the activities, they do a lot of exercise and walks etc. and I got to learn from them.Because we visit this place together with friends and my friends are very famous in such habits and activities their schedule is very good like mine they are also living life very well and I want to tell you the same. I would say that behind these activities there is a huge recommendation from my friends because they pushed me a lot Because of them, my life is much better today and I am participating in sports a lot and I would say that it is because of my friends that I have come this far.

One should not be lazy.Because there are some people who change their lives by seeing others, but there are some people who try to change them.And there are some people who are too convinced and don't change their habits and after seeing the lives of others, they just feel inside themselves that I wish the same thing happened to me, I wasn't that way. It happens and it happens with courage. If a person breaks down and faces something, everything can be done You can learn a lot from all of them who are adopting good habits and have a good character in themselves and are running a good system in their life. They can also change their life by watching them.And in any case, a person who does not change his condition cannot become what he wants to be. I will recommend the following to my friends regarding health.

  • First of all, fix the routine of your life and set a time table for one thing, at what time to eat food and at what time to eat fruit. They say that those who do not value time do not value it

  • And after that exercise to keep your body healthy and make a morning walk routine

Yes your right there should be proper time table for everything thing to eat like nutritionist say fruits should not be eat at night.

The fruit like apple is big source of nutrition and it should be add in our snack time and it is good for diabetic as well but in moderate amount excess of everything is bad .
