There are many great things we can do to build equality between men and women. Starting from the small things to the big ones. For example, where I live, women are involved in village governance. The same goes for higher levels.
For women who are able and able to always get a place to be treated the same as men. No difference at all. Being a member of parliament to the president also get the same opportunity, there is no discrimination in our country.
The environment is quite positive. Both in the executive and in the legislature. Likewise with the private sector as well. Give equal opportunity. Both for women and men.

Celebration of International Women's Day makes people more aware, care and know. That there are women's rights that must be respected. Should be equated with men. In our country there are equal rights between men and women. Even in various sectors of life, women are also involved. Not restricted and not forced.
Women and men have the same opportunity to succeed. In fact, both of them must work together to improve a better life. Whether it's state affairs or other things that are useful for mankind on this earth.
Both of them can collaborate to create something (project) that is beneficial to the world. Both from an economic, development, and poverty alleviation perspective.

There is nothing to worry about when a woman becomes President, a member of the DPR, the main director of a company, becomes a heavy equipment operator, and becomes a truck driver in a mining area. That's normal. Ordinary view. Because women are also capable of these things.
Where I live in my country, there was once a woman who became president, her name was Megawati Soekarnoputri. In the city where I live in Banda Aceh, there is also a female mayor, her name is Illiza Saaduddin Djamal. Meanwhile, quite a lot of women are also given a position under it.
For me, gender is not important. The most important thing is that they have the capacity and quality to move forward. If he excels then he is prioritized. Because of the capacity he has, we hope to be able to bring about changes in society for the better in the future.
The spirit of leadership is most preferred. It doesn't matter if he's a boy or a girl. If women are better at leading, then there is no need to wait for tomorrow, that opportunity must be given to women who are capable.
