Yesterday was international women's day. For a moment, several female figures who have made the world a greater image flashed in my eyes. I can imagine the story of queen Safiatuddin, Malahayati, and R.A Kartini. My goosebumps when imagining their greatness in the past.

How can you help your community forge a gender-equal world?

In this moment of International Women's Day, I want to learn about their history of greatness in the past to be used as a guide for those of us who live in the present. I am grateful to be born in a country where women and men are equal. In Indonesia, women have occupied the highest caste in the government bench as president.

The environment where I grew up and grew up was a positive environment surrounded by good values. We are free to work, innovate and create new things that have positive value. Freedom here is still in quotes, we are free and bound. We are free in terms of good things but bound by rules for things that are not allowed by religion and local environmental regulations.

Can celebrating Women's International day increase visibility and equality?

Every day is women's day for us. This means we don't need to ask for rights from the government to equalize position and power. There is no gender discrimination in our beloved country, Indonesia. And I agree with the statement that observing International Women's Day will increase visibility and equality.

Are the Feminism fight and the Women’s Rights fight the same?

Women have the same right to succeed. No party should corner or ostracize. Some even say that a woman's job is in the kitchen, in the bedroom, and at home. I do not agree with this assumption. It is because women have the right to be successful and make the world a better place.

What do you say about women in top positions like Presidents, Parliamentarians, Senators, CEOs (Chief Executive Officers), and COO (Chief Operations Officers)? Give possible examples in your country(community)

My country is a country that upholds gender equality. From 2001 to 2004, our country was ruled by a woman. Megawati Soekarnoe Putri is the fifth president of the republic of Indonesia.

Gender equality in our country is nothing new. During the kingdom of Aceh, unmitigated, a woman, Sultanah Safiatuddin, ruled for 35 years. His name is recorded in gold ink. History says that during the time of his empire, the economy of my homeland developed rapidly.

The two stories above are proof that women have the same position as men in my country.

What makes a Good Leader (Gender or merit)

In my opinion, a good leader is seen from his achievements, offerings, and background, not in terms of gender. In Indonesia, men and women have equal rights in any case. Indonesia assesses the feasibility of a person who has the right to be a leader based on his ability, not on his gender.

Yes ooo. Women are great. Therefore no woman should see herself as a less human. Is good to know that your country recognizes both gender. Maybe i will come and leave there.
