Good evening to my dearest steem community. I hope everyone's doing fine, well my network hasn't been the best at all!!
So in the morning I woke up and performed my prayer (sallat) at 5:30 and by 5:50 today I was back in bed, greeted my siblings on WhatsApp family group and then replied to some few messages before I slept.
The siblings in the house here now go to school even on Sundays so I slept for quite long then got up, had breakfast and left for the store.
Flour, eggs, baking powder,sugar and oil.
Result 😋 #BREAKFAST..
And this was how my breakfast looked like.
Sharing the recepe: well everything as shown above was used the only thing I added which I hadn't included before the photo is water.
*After I bit my eggs,sugar and added a little bit of oil, I put the flour and a pinch of baking powder,mix and now added some water and still mixed till it had a good texture .
NOTE: some oil is added in the mixture so that I do not need to put oil in the frying pan before putting flour (to make the pancake).
So afterwards was in the store selling and helping mum to do one or two things. And the sun these days eh before I knew I was tired and sleeping on the desk behind the counter, when I hear mum called that she bought something and that I should come and take mine. I rushed outside and guess what it was "black" as commonly called. Someone help me with the English name please hihi, ok so I just remembered and so I should as well check for the English name once am done here.
Here's it.
I ate and actually like it , it's been a while I hadn't eaten this again.
So that's how my afternoon was goinh.
In the evening I now too spices and came down to the house then made jellof rice.

And now there's just too much heat and mosquitoes😓 let start trying to sleep now. Yes oh like seriously!🤩
