Conceptualizing the current situation in NW and SW- a script for a possible short film with dance.

Hello Steemit World,

So a couples of days ago I got inspired and was putting together a write up about the socio economic situation in our region. And I will like to share it with you.

The story line is thus;

The concept or write up is one that begins in brutal darkness, but ends with a positive ending. It’s about a woman that her daughter was killed by the police. This story came as a result of an incident that happened in Ndop where this girl was on her way to her home and was shot by the police. Her mother had 3children and had lost her husband. She was the 2nd child to her. 😢

Her role is to lie on stage lifeless, while the victim’s traumatized mother grieves.
It would be a dark, intense role for any actor(preferably a girl).
You can’t fake that role, it’s so real. A very consent and pushful actress is needed. Someone who has had such an experience will be best.

Some images (on posters) to sound the alarm about racism and conflicts/violence against humanity will portray the real atmosphere.

The mother carries the lifeless body of her child crying for God to bring her back to live.
As she is crying, a poster carrying “no to war” will pass and another carrying “we need peace” follow suit.

After that a leader, activist and visionary will come and with a quote from any famous leader or activist talk with boldness to the woman lying down and to the crowd abt the subject matter( the crisis)

(This is to create the awareness of what the crisis is doing to us)

We will also portray an office situation of treaties are signed to continue the conflict, a big meeting of both parties that will discus but end in no solution and then we will have the Hand Of God that is the only solution to the crisis.

Conclusion

This situation in our region, needs both men to step forth and the hand of God to come to our aid. We have suffered for too long in this region. The economy is down, families have lost loved ones, resources destroyed, fear everywhere, God we need you through the people in power to come to our aid.
WE NEED PEACE
