#25DaysChallenge to raise awareness on #PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), #Anxiety and #Depression

In order to create awareness on #PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), #Anxiety and #Depression that drive people to commit suicide, I joined the #25DaysChallenge.

I joined the campaign mainly because young entrepreneurs like me are at very high risk of #depression considering how much pressure we go through on the daily.

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a mental health condition triggered by a terrifying event you experienced or witnessed. Symptoms may include flashbacks, nightmares, severe anxiety, and uncontrollable thoughts about the event.

  • Record and share a video of yourself doing 25 push-ups (even if you must drop to your knees to get 25. Or even do them in clusters of 5)
