Greetings, wonderful Steemians out there! I woke up with a slight headache today. I managed to say a quick prayer before drinking a glass of water, after which I relaxed a bit sitting on my bed. I felt I wouldn't be able to go to church, but since I woke up early, I had some time to relax because of the headache. Few minutes later, I got up and prepared for church service.
I stepped out elegantly, beaming with smiles, no one knew what I went through before stepping out. And it didn't even show on my face. Smiles. I came across people heading to church and those coming back from their first service session in church. Yea, there are churches that starts service from 7am and end by 9am. It was by 9am or few minutes past that I headed for second service.
It was a moment of prayer when I arrived at the church. Since it's the first Sunday of a new Month, it requires powerful prayer sessions, after which the Pastor went on with the sermon for the day on the topic "Anointing for Greater Exploits". It was a powerful session. And then it was time for testimonies, a member dropped her testimony of healing, after which she was prayed for and then we gave our offerings, prayer and dispersed, all to the glory of God.
After sharing the grace, I greeted few members in the church, then I went home. As soon as I got home, my neighbour wanted to go to the market, so I pleaded with him to wait so I change up and follow him to the market to buy banana and foofoo(a swallow made from cassava, used in eating soups).
This is how the foofoo looks like. I took the foofoo with oha soup, a soup made with a leaves called Oha leaves and thickener. If interested I can tell you how it's being prepared. Thereafter, I'm surfing the net as usual. Soon I'll go to bed because tomorrow is work day and I don't intend to be sluggish at work.
