I wokeup early that morning to the sound of my alarm and the sound of birds chirping peeping and tweeting.. Or the Dawn chorus.
Roled outta bed, made the bed. Brushed and took a cold bath..
You might be wondering why take a bath before workout if you'll end up all sweaty and still need to take a bath.
- There are several benefits to taking a cold or warm bath for pre-workout.
- It Increases your awareness;
taking a cold bath early before workout or work/school spikes your heart rate and oxygen levels by so doing increases your awareness and energy levels

Some people would rather not take a bath saying they dont workout or arent students to take early morning baths. Its entirely up to you i wont advice you otherwise am just creating awareness .
But if you do consider it i'd advice cold baths early in the morning before you start your day and warm bath at the end of your day it'll help you sleep better. Same can be said for children you want them sleeping fast and well give them a warm bath around that time.
At the gym we did Crossfitness again😁 am in love with the intensity of the routine.

After the workout we stretched and left.
Got home..
Ate my protein pap😋 (soya beans, cheekers, groundnuts, and speghetti)
Ate some more..
Took a bath and left for work.
Got to work i was tired and exhuasted i needed to rest but a mans gotta work, wished i could sleep in that Riri's "California King bed"
I made it through the day i wasnt as tired and sloopy like i hoped i'd be.
Took a warm bath and slept like a Bear on hibernation.
