as not just working out to look good but to him fitness is waking up early in the morning and having a glass of water etc.
Fitness is reaching for that chocolate bar and stoping yourself, fitness is sticking to that diet, fitness is not eating after late hours..
Fitness is waking up early..
Fitness is Discipline, Consistency.. you'll not only be physically fit but mentally fit.
😁 Fitness is also making your bed when you wakeup am still training myself for that.
I wokeup early to my alarm like always, first thing i did was make my bed 😌 felt proud for keeping up the streak this is the third day now(dont judge me).
I brushed got, freshened up and got dressed for sports.
Arrive the gym, Thurdays are for Crossfit and ofcourse am your humble 😌 really attractive coach🤗😂.
CrossFitness:

Hence the name, today my focus was to elevate that heart rate, high reps and high intensity.. Thats Hypertrophy..
Hypertrophy is an increase in the size of cells (or tissues) in response to various stimuli. A typical example is muscular hypertrophy in response to exercise. Exercise stimulates skeletal and cardiac muscle fibers to increase in diameter and to accumulate more structural contractile proteinsSource
I set up four sets of excercises..
- Kettlebell Swing 20×1 for 5sets
- Dumbell Snatch 10×1 each hand for 5 sets
- The Devils Press 10×1 for 5 sefs
- Burpees 20×1 for 5 sets

If you workout you can complete 1 2 or 3 of these sets and tag me on the video, remeber the best way to grow is together.
At the 4th set i could feel that stinging sensation all over my body the burpees really got me adding burpees to your workout really helps spices things up they act as catalyst.
My favourite thing about crossfitness is it hits the core which helps connect your body parts.. You never truly work a particular body part at a time everything works spontaneously.
You feel the workout from your head to toes.
After the workout we stretched did abs and called it a day.
Went home took a fresh bath got dressed and left for work.
At work i worked on my achievement 3 Link
My friends came over to charge their phones..
After work i went home.. Had a bath and made sure i slept at 10:30
The goal was to sleep at 10:00 but i got distracted.
