Wokeup early after a good nights rest..
Got outta bed.. Drank three glasses of water..
Brushed.. Took a bath and left for the gym.
On tuesdays we do light squats.. Specifically lunges and then squats.
Got there.. After the general session of the workouts, thats when the second session begins.. I joined them to do alittle abs..
The coach for the general session asked me to help coordinate the strerching so those with early morning jobs can go home while otherd dtay for the second session.
The second session workout is hard and intense thats for those with goals other than being healthy.
- like body building
- dance lessons
- stretching (yoga)
- abs .. Etc
Today we were squating thats the boys i dont know much about the womens programme.
We did the regular squats and lunges.. Nothing extra..
After the workout we stretched and i left.
I had a friends defence to attend so i got home.. Got dressed and left for bambili
Got there.. And she was just about to begin bit she did hers in and office so there wasnt any audience .
Her grades were Excellent which didnt come as a surprise to me. She's smart asf
After the defence she brought refreshments i came with two friends
After eating we left.. Spent some time at her place and came back home.. Took a bath to freshen up and then left for the gym
I didnt complete this mornings schedule so i went to finish..
gyming in the evening is so much fun..lol
Got home around 7:30..
Took a bath and layed in bed.
