Hello..
I wake up same time everyday except when I hit the snooze button and sleep for an extra 5min๐ or so it seems cause it felt like 5min.. but in reality it's 30min
I wokeup at 5am.. replied to messages as I brushed my mouth..
Freshened up, changed to my sports wear.. tuned to my workout music play list..
The music was on..
Headphones were in..
Took a deep breath in.. and hit the road..
The cold was harsh but I eat harsh for breakfast ๐๐.. literally!!๐๐
By the time I got to the gym my fingers were numb.. arrhh! That felt nice..
Workouts last for 3:30.. which ends with a plank session this week we at 5min plank.
After the workout I walked home.. took a cold bath. And a crazy pic..๐
Then I left for work.
At work first thing I did was eat.. I was farmished
After that it was work till.. I didn't even realize when it was 6:00 my usual closing time..
I handed over stuff to my mother and took a bike home..
Got home, took a cold bath.. text with a couple people and later slept.
