The diarygame 23-1-2025: Another week of showing kindness to school children.

It's no longer news on steemit that something awesome is happening in the city of Uyo Akwaibom state Nigeria powered by @steemkidss and @worldsmile. It is a wonderful school feeding program initiated by a good hearted and hardworking steemian @ngoenyi. This week we visited Green pears international school here in Uyo Akwaibom state.what3words . This school is one of the best in Uyo with qualified teachers and conducive learning environments. We got to the school at exactly their break time and without wasting much time the teacher arranged the pupils for the food distribution by the steemit representative which I'm part of the team.

Unlike last week that we shared cooked rice ,egg and banana, this week's was a little lite hence the condition of sharing cooked food was not too favorable as at the time the school approved the feeding, so we decided to share the most enjoyed noodles which I'm even sure the children will appreciate more because almost all the school children eat noodles on daily basis.

I'm not here to twist words or sugar coat any sentence of mine ,but I am sincerely saying that this program is one of it's kind apart from putting smile on the children faces which is our primary aim , the awareness the program is creating is another good part that I love most, since that yesterday I have received more than ten calls from different people requesting to know more about what steemit is all about.

After sharing the food for the children we received a big thanks which shows that they school and the children appreciated our kind gesture.

Checking through my WhatsApp messages I got a devastating message of a woman whose husband poured fuel on her and set her ablaze, the news reaching me is that she didn't make it and the husband has been arrested for questioning.

I was left with these rhetorical questions.

• What on earth will push a man to do this kind of evil ?

• Why will the woman allow the disagreement to get to this level?

• What will be the fate of the children the left behind?
