Health is the fundamental of aspect of human life that allows individuals to thrive and reach their full potentials. So you have to maintain your health by holistic approach that encompasses healthy habits, regular exercise, balance diet and positive mindset.

The statement "An apple a day keeps the doctor away" is a popular expression that indicates the importance of a healthy diet in promoting good health and preventing chronic diseases. The idea behind the statement is that apples are a nutritious fruit that contain various vitamins, minerals, and fiber that can provide numerous health benefits.
Basically, it's the simplest thread that encourage us to eat healthy and take care of our-self to maintain good health. According to mine research Apples are high in fiber, which can help regulate digestion and reduce the risk of heart disease, and are also a good source of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C and potassium, which support the immune system and help prevent infections.

Maintaining your good health is a lifelong commitment, and small changes in your daily habits can have a significant impact on your whole life. So below is the few points given about the statement mentioned above;
- Eat a healthy, balanced diet:
By eating plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats in your diet.
-Exercise regularly:
You have to do at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise most days of the week. You can choose from a variety of activities such as walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, or weight lifting.
- Get enough sleep:
Your aim for 7-8 hours of sleep each night and establish a regular sleep routine and avoid caffeine and electronic devices before bedtime.
-Manage stress:
Find healthy ways to manage your stress such as exercise, meditation, deep breathing, or talking to a friend.
-Stay hydrated:
You have to drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep your body hydrated and flush out toxins.
-Practice good hygiene:
You have to wash your hands regularly, cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze, and avoid touching your face.
-Avoid harmful substances:
Avoid smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, and drug abuse.
Implement the above habits in your daily routine and enjoy the pleasant moment of life

Basically before the puberty i didn't know what is diet and how to maintain it but after maturity i went to gym and started healthy diet and now i'm final year medical student and i know how to maintain health and take balance diet and daily exercises and also guide to my parents and siblings and force them to eat hygienic food and to fulfill the essential nutrients of body and avoid to eat junk food. And these all habits i learn from my professors and gym instructors.

The benefits that your good habits effect your body is that when you eat healthy, and exercise regularly, sleep on time then you can improve your strength and risk of chronic diseases like obesity, diabetes. so to improve your health you have to eat balanced diet of that includes plenty of fruits, vegetables, and grains and the very important is to sleep enough to repair and refresh yourself.

Yeah, you have to balanced your diet by applying the step given below;
- First you have to get up early
- Then you have drink 1 glass apple shake, strawberry or banana, orange
- And then go to morning walk
- After that you have to eat 1 egg and eat dry fruits like ( Raisins, Almond, Wall nuts etc)
- After sometime take breakfast
- And then in the noon you have to eat simple along with salad.
- And in evening you have to eat brownies with tea
- And after dinner you have to walk minimum 40 steps and wait for 2 hours and then going to sleep.
By applying these above steps to your daily routine you live a healthy life and one more thing whenever you feel unhealthy then start fasting (very suitable way to treat your body).

If i'm going to suggest you then you have to follow the above mentioned step and go to gym if you don't have time for morning walk and one thing i noticed in youth that one who go to gym and taking steroids and proteins, that is totally wrong because it has many side effects (like kidney stones and many more ) and it's artificial way. So i'll recommend you to eat healthy and hygienic and take care of yourself for living a happy life.
