My diary game; 05/01/2025: Happy first Sunday of the year!

Hello! . Warm greetings to you all. I'm equally excited to share with you on how my day went about, especially celebrating the first Sunday of the new year. It was an amazing Sunday full of activities and colorful events which I now shared The details with you.

Waking up This Sunday morning, I was really excited as it was going to be the first Sunday of the year and equally a communion Sunday. Little did I know there will be A lot of other activities Incorporated with the church service.

While I'm up for the morning, I moved to the bathroom to ease myself and brush my teeth After which I continued with a little cleaning In and around the house to is my work when I get back home. Done with this. I immediately took a shower in order not to be late for service.

9:20 a.m., I was already on my way to church. Took a bike from my entrance to the church premises. Upon arrival, it was about to get started. The processing team was already outside with the cross and the pastor crew.

I look around and spot a seat near a well ventilated area. I'm off towards here and have a safe. Followed by a little prayer before resuming with the rest of the church activities. Savings began today with the reading of the first and second lessons.

After which the praise team commemorate the environment with some worship songs before the reading of The text, first in the French language and then followed ed by the English version of it. From here the past will continue so elaborate and relax which is the main preaching the Sunday service.

To end a text, the pastor gave the theme of the day And step down from the altar to have a seat. From here, the congregational choir continue to sing with interesting and pleasing melodies while the announcement chair person gets ready.

While the announcement was being made, The chairperson make mention, Of the congregational meeting which is going to take place right after announcement. This is one took most of the Sunday service time. In this meeting we were to discuss on the financial budget of the church of the previous year 2024 and see how funds will have been allocated + in church projects.

This began by first first giving out the program of the day, incorporating all the various activities that will be taking place in the meeting. After which all have been mentioned, the church cheerleader and Pastor concluded and left with it's an open floor for those who have something to commence and ameliorate based on the financial budget and projects.

Some enthusiastic Christians acts very critical questions based on the financial budget, such as the Sunday school project, which have not yet begun. Despite the fact that contributions have been made, concrete resolutions were given to Tackle this raised concerns And everything was accepted upon by the church leaders and the whole congregation.

The meeting finally and it with a Word of prayer from the pastor, they move back to the altar and proceed with donation of Holy Communion. Based on all the activities which have been going on, it was already around 2: 30 p.m., so tired. I'm hungry, immediately. I collected Holy Communion, I sat for a little while but left before the church could finally close.

I met with one of my friends outside and we decide to hang a little and take some fresh air while catching up with some Sunday photos. After all. It was a great Sunday indeed, and I was equally happy to be part of the church service in the first Sunday of the year.

From there, I took a bike back home so exhausted. I'm hungry. Immediately. I got home, I quickly changed and take out my suits Put them under the sun and Proceed so have some fried rice which I have kept in the fridge for some time. It was so delicious and perhaps I enjoyed myself.

Myself, not a fan of eating much, since I had spent so much for long hours in church. I was so hungry and decided to take a little bit than usual. This resulted to consequences, and the end result is I slept a little bit afterward.

Waking up, it was already 5:30 p.m., a little bit dizzy and slight headache, I decided so take a little walk And relax my brain for some time before returning home. On my way back I stopped by a store and purchase some orange juice which I took For night chills In the evening.

Overall concluding. It was an amazing Sunday despite the fact that it was so prolonged. But nevertheless we got the points as their meetings and elections going on in church all in one Sunday.
