My diary game (09/02/2025): Attending a Sunday services.

Greetings and welcome to my blog. I'm so excited to have you today share with me my diary which discussed on how I spent my time in church. It was a big day indeed and a lot of colorful activities took place on this day which I now share with you.

Waking up in the morning, it was so strenuous as I had a football match the previous day. My legs wobble and I wasn't even sure of going to church this morning. However it's not enough excuse for me to absent from church. So I began the Morning by cleaning around and making sure everything is well kept in place I neat.

Few minutes later, I was already done with work and then took a shower immediately. Afterwards, I dressed up and I was on my way. Making sure my environmental secured, I left the house and took a bike at my entrance to the church premises.

Few minutes later, I was already in the church premises, something look a bit different this morning, I so canopies outside and a lot of population which I don't see on normal Sundays. Looking on the flyer, I discovered it was the induction of my parish pastor. Oh there it's going to be a long Sunday.

While in church, I quietly moved to my seat. Bow down and say a little prayer before joining the rest of the congregation in worship. It was a great Sunday as our pastors of East mongo South where all present. So witness and induct our parish pastor that's a full time Presbyterian Church secretary.

Service today was great, as the lessons read was so touching and teaching as well. This was all done by the team of pastors who were present in church today following the reading of the first and second lesson and proceeding to the text of the day. It was an amazing Sunday let by pastors of different congregations.

Service was great, After the reading of this text of the day, the pastor, then when I had to preach and meditate on a team do got work with ease. Everything was great as soon afterwards it was the induction of our parish Pastor.. He didn't move ahead with his spouse As the induction ceremony began.

After prayers he was asked to repeat if he is fully ready to accept the duties lady upon him after I reach he has to repeat. I do God being my helper. From here, the team of pastors moved around to give him a handshake followed by some church members and elders. Everything was great and later on we continue to put in a basket of offering for his induction several month.

Soon afterwards, It was closing as we received benediction. A while outside, I decide to Take some photos with the flyer having the pastor. It was amazing by one of my friend.

From here, we took a bike and run back home. At home I quickly changed and began checking on what I will have for lunch. Nothing much we decided to take some fruits, and equally there was no electricity at the moment which I quote actually use the microwave warm some rice and eat.

For the rest of the time, I just use it to watch TV and relax as I know Monday is going to be a hectic day as usual. Overall, it was a great Sunday and I did enjoy it that much. I look forward to more better Sundays like this. Thank God for giving me the opportunity to be present and witness the induction of my parish pastor.
