Introduction
Happy Sunday friends, is another day to shine again and I hope I shine brighter today. I thank @steem-cameroon for organizing this contest that has given me the opportunity to post a story in the platform again.
A market place
A market place is a place where only buying and selling activities are carried out for the betterment of the society. A school is almost like a market place because buying and selling also takes place there sometimes.
The difference between a school and ab ideal market place is that a school doesn't only involve in buying and selling but in teaching and learning with other related activities while the only thing that takes place in a market place is just buying and selling.
Little Sarah
The story about market place am going to talk about today is titled as Little Sarah. Is a fictional story and going to tell you guys today, go get popcorns to eat as you read this breath-catching story today.
Characters involved
Sarah - Protagonist
Laura - Sarah's elder sister
Adamu - Shopkeeper
Helen - Bean cake(akara) seller
Plot of the movie
Sarah woke up in the morning trying to open the fridge to drink her yoghurt but she couldn't open it because of her small and soft hands. Laura who's Sarah's elder sister was passing when she turned to look what Little Sarah was up to.
She laughed and helped Sarah to open the fridge and asked her what she wanted. Sarah said she wants to drink her yoghurt but Laura refused to give it to her because she hasn't brushed her teeth.
Few hours later Sarah followed her elder sister Laura who's 22 years old to the market for the first time. Sarah said she wants milk and Laura remembered that she also needs to buy milk and beverages for the family.
The Shopkeeper known as Adamu showed the cartons of milk to Laura. Sarah told her she wants them to buy the milksi milk, she pronounced milksi in a very funny way that made Laura laughed.
After they bought half carton of powdered milksi milk, Sarah was hungry and Laura asked her what she wanted. Sarah boldly said she wants lots of bean cake, popularly known as akara in my country. Laura agreed and went straight to meet Helen the young lady who sells akara.
They greeted themselves and bought the akara in the market. Sarah was so happy as she ate it one by one. Laura told her not to finish the 19 akara she bought which costs less than 3 steem because she wants to buy bread.
Laura quickly went by to Adamu's shop and requested for slice breads. She was given the bread while she paid the price of it. Sarah waited in Adamu's shop and ate two slice breads and three akara while her elder sister went to buy other things, as instructed by Laura.
Conclusion
At the end of the day Little Sarah and her sister finally went back home. This story is a very interesting one and am sure most of you enjoyed it, the next story I will post in steemit will be more better than this. Have a nice day.
