STEEMIT TRAINING : New Members Introduced to Steemit

This activity took place in Bamenda On Saturday 21 August 2021, at the mile 4 neighborhood Nkwen.

The over 15 youths from all works who answered present where introduced to steemit, trained and inspired to use the media for positive change while generating income.

The participants gained skills on crediting an account with steemit, how to post, upvote, comment resteem and lots more.

Opening the workshop, Peace Maker one of the trainers took out time to educate the participants on what steem is all about and what it means to belong to a community and also shared his personal experience on the steemit platform.

There after, Mr Bull a steemit guru who has been on the plaform for over a year now energized, inspired the participants as he took them memory lane on what made him to join this virtual platform and the benefits so far after a year.

He went on with the practical modalities on creating an account, profiling, how to join a communit, and also introduced steemit Cameroon community to the participants.

The workshop ended after 120 mins with possible feedback from the participants as they took the engagements to bring more people to join the steemit Cameroon community in subsequent editions.
