Good day everyone in the Steem Cameroon community, I hope we are all doing Great. It feels really good to take part in this contest again and all thanks to @ for the tireless efforts In making sure we are provided with amazing contests all the time.

Fridays have always been my best day and yes, the Friday 20th of October also didn't disappoint.
There are so many reasons why Fridays are always my best day such as the fact of it being a short day without the hours getting reduced 😅.

I love Fridays because it always comes with lots of fun for me and Fridays as we all know marks the end of week days and beginning of the weekends, it's only people that work all weekdays will understand what Fridays really mean.

So I woke up on this beautiful Friday morning to my elder brother's call. I picked up the call, greeted him as usual and he passed me my most exciting news of the month of October. Guess what, he got me a brand new phone, yes a brand new phone. My brother is a student of the Bayero University Kano, Nigeria. He lives in Kano state while I live in Niger state, Minna precisely with our parents.

I was so excited that I couldn't wait for the package to be delivered by the dispatcher, I told my siblings about the news and they were also happy for me.

After much waiting, I received a call from the dispatch rider that he was outside my gate so I gladly went out to receive the package. After collecting the package from the dispatch guy, I ran into the house with so much excitement on my face that I couldn't wait to unbox it.

I finally unboxed the phone and guess what, it was an Infinix product, the latest Infinix Hot 30i. I loved it so much because it's a new product which I've not seen anywhere around me so I am literally the first person to use the phone in my community. I was so excited that I couldn't even wait to get over my old Itel phone.

It was my best day of the October month entirely and one of my best days of the year 2023, yes you read that well. He has always promised to get me a new phone and today he fulfilled his promise by getting me a brand new phone, I literally unboxed it myself, there is a different feeling when you unbox a brand new phone which can be explained haha 😅.

In conclusion, it was a very happy moment for me, a day I will always remember. I later called my brother and thanked him for making my Friday and making me happy as well. I love my brother so much.
