Hello Everyone

I am @sualeha from Pakistan,it's pleasure for me to share again my engagement challenge post in season 8 and in the week four ,very interesting theme of the week about healthy life style with very old saying statement Eats an apple 🍎 🍏 a day Keep the doctor away , well we all knew that the benefits of healthy food specially fruits and vegetables so guys let's talk about briefly.

What do you understand by this statement?

Well I am 100% agreed with that statement because apple having many essential nutrients which helps us to grow well ,it has iron , antioxidant properties which fought against cancer cells /free redical means away risk of cancer ,the second best quality, apple having good taste along with weight lose property so it's awesome fruit for diet conscious peoples so keep your habit to eat apples regularly and boost your immune system and in the results you feel fit and away from unnecessary visit to doctor.

What are some practice/habit you do to make sure healthy?

The most important habit we all keep in our Whole life and trying to practice with your family is early to bed for early to rise makes the man healthy, wealthy and wise now a days late night activities less time of sleeping, increased our screening time in junk food, physical activities all most zero , fruits and vegetables intake not enough as our body need , tention negative impact of society and social media and so on .If you have seriously decide to change yourself and Track on right path for beginning make sure drinks at least 8 of clean water and 8 hours sound sleep,keep your self hygiene and stop junk food , work hard for your dream and goals but didn't jealous from others success.

How did you discover these activities.Did you discover activities by yourself or some one told you to recommend them to you??

Well I am very careless about my healthy so I like to share my experience about how I exchange my life style,I am mother of three kids mash Allah I was not followed healthy activities since long time ago but I felt very weak day by day never did properly even home chores and twice a month visited doctor my doctor advice me when he got my history he give me advice to sleep on time specially at night , include fresh vegetables and regular walk so I following that tips and got very positive changes .

What are the health benefits of these habits

When you following healthy lifestyle slowly and gradually we shown good changes in our health,if you had time at morning you must start morning walk routine I am sure you got very precious moments we with great health as and you sway stress and got peace of mind.Yiur life is too precious from any thing so live simple and easy and healthy life activities like simple exercises,yoga ,eat raw fruits and vegetables avoid any kind of tobacco consumption or addiction.

What do to think everyone could engaged on these habits

Well I think most of the people conscious about there looks, styling it much more money spent in it happily but they never did to correct there bed habits in there life so the results are some time too horrible.The less physical activities made all of us lazy due to work schedule or mobile, laptop caught everyone on chair so in the result we put on our weight and several deases.

What healthy tips would you give to steeamians ??

I read many good advises that given by my lovely friends on there blogs and I am completely agreed on all these tips,some tips I share here for my steeamians .

  • The most important habit you all keep in your like is enough sleep at least 8 to 10 hours .

  • Avoid junk food I know it's not easy if you're frequently eater but slowly you will soon got good results as well good health.

  • Including row and colourful fruisand veggies in your daily meal .

  • Keep active and trying to add simple yoga poses for light exercises on regular bases.

  • The constipation call the mother of all deseas so eat papaya,and whole grain bread or fiber food in your died .

  • Always including portion meals and seasonal fruits and veggies .Dairy products having calcium so also add in your meal

Very correct of apples. Those high concentration of fiber and antioxidants properties makes it a strong fruit to contend with. These properties help to fight chronic diseases like cancer, diabetes, heart disorders, etc.

Fruits generally should be consumed to daily to help boost man's wellbeing.

you have described very beautifully about the Healthy lifestyle because when we are taking fruits and vegetables on daily basis with rotation definitely it passively exerts positive change on our health.

We feel good mentally and physically.

Yeah you are very right we should avoid junk foods and stored food as these are not good for health all the its not easy to leave but for the good health we have to leave it all I wish you very Good luck for the contest

Masha ALLAH you look so young and your mother of 3 kids I never knew this before.... well you should must take 8 hours of the 😴😴 sleep

Sleep keep your mind fresh and body relaxes.Sleep is necessary to give rest to your body our body in not like machine working continuously body needs sometime for rest
