So yesterday I got up in the morning had my prayers and started off with my day. It happened to be a Monday and in Bamenda is a day we generally call ghost town which consist of no activities outdoor, a lockdown.
Got up in the morning did my laundry and immediately after that i join some friends in an online session and we started with physical warm up and later vocal exercises.

The vocal practice was so amazing and amusing. It was centered on diction and sensibility. That is been able pronounce well while singing so your audience can hear and receive the message you are passing out to them. Also training our ear to hear correctly when someone else sings. The training went on for about two 2hours.
Then I had my bath and headed off to the hospital for checkup. Though it’s a ghost town here in Bamenda, hospitals never closed of course. It took me about 1hour 30minutes for the whole process. While in the hospital I messaged a friend and asked if he could accompany me to take a walk to the mountainous area and he accepted. Left the hospital and headed home to rest before heading out for my walk.

It was quite a sunny day so had to put on something that would protect my skin from sun. Many people would choose to put on something open so they do not feel the heat but I prefer to cover it up so I don’t get sun burn and as for how to cope with the heat, I would rather drink enough water to manage the temperature while I am out, till I get home. One of the tips I learned in my research in skincare. Taking into consideration I was going to a mountainous area, so obviously there would be breeze to help calm my temperature.

So here we are at the level area about to climb the mountain, what an amazing place, so green and beautiful.

I was so excited to climb and discover and explore the area. We then started off.
As we climbed, I harvested this fruit we call fiofio.I use to eat a lot of this when I was in school in ndop. You know as a border we would climb the mountains to harvest, especially during a period we called warn sun, when our trunks of food are empty. In the border’s voice β€œwater rain don pass for my trunk”. The girl’s dormitory was situated on a mountain and so it was easy to have access to this fruits and others.

Here I am with memories of my days of secondary school. We kept climbing and it kept getting beautiful; the area, the experience. We arrived at a level and decided to sit and grace our eyes.

We started descending down the mountain and heading home.
Got home, took my bath with my special Olay body wash, watched a few movies and headed straight to bed. I had a great day .

Olay body wash my goodness, where do you get it and how much does it cost?. I once searched for it in this town and did not find it. I used it when I was in Buea and it was so nice.

Going up the mountain on a ghost town day is so good because everywhere is calm but for me too risky to climb the mountain on such days.

Hello Chant as for olay body wash I sell it.I actually import body moisturizers and washs and sell

Olay body wash is not available now.Sold out the last one.But by the second week of June it would be available

These are the kind of adventures I like. Good to know that you have this high appreciation of nature

Thank you.Its a beautiful place to visit for those in Bamenda especially those around mile 2

The ideal of you protecting yourself from the Sun was paramount. Among the ultraviolet rays that leave the sun to the earth surface are some rays we call ultraviolet rays A&B. When the skin is in direct contact with these rays for long, it reduced its ability to fight illnesses, can cause skin burn or even result to skin cancer.
