Welcome back to todays page of my diary.
It has been a very busy day throughout 😪. Ibhave had no time at al to rest.
Ok, so today was programmed a day for community work in my quarter. Everyone was supposed to come out to put in physical support on the ongoing bridge project inorder to complete it before the rain seizes.
They had to carry stones and fill on the side, and later flush it with ground.
So inorder to motivate the youths, my mom said she was going to provide food and drinks so that the people could come out massively in their numbers to do the work.
Some of the youths came early enough and worked, while others stayed back and estimated the time when food will be ready so that they xould come and eat.
While the work was ongoing, my junior sisters and I were in the kitchen seriously cooking so that the people could finish working and eat.
Before coming out ti work, they gave us an estimate that about 30people will be availabe to do the work, but to iur greatest dismay, just about 10people were on ground carrying out the tasks.
Little did we know the people were waiting for food to get ready so that they could ckme and eat.
They finished the work and sat down waiting for food. That was when we saw "magic" ... the number of people automatically multiplied.
They ate and drank everything in liquid form without even keeping ours(we who cooked), and wnded up leaving dirty plates for us to wash...
Mennn, i was pissed off by this action of theirs.
After all the work in the kitchen, not even a bottle of top to quench my thirst...
Am waiting for them to come again next week. They will simply dring wayer and swallow tie-heart.
The aspect of cooking and later washing quite a good number of plates chopped off my entire day.
When that was done, i decided to bake some cakes foe icieng later.
Thank God am finally done.!!
Thats how my day went by, it was as swift as the wind..

This is one thing I detest in gatherings, some people are heartless and without conscience, but i always say it's well. Some behave as wild animals and think only of their belly. That's sad. Not even a little juice? Work nooooo but eat, they'll land like flies.

See eeh, we got so annoyed. Yhey will come again next week but my sister's and I have decided not to cook... we will give them bread and chocolate

Wooow I'm happy for the privilege you guys did in other to foster the bridge project in your area by joining your mom and sister in cooking food so that the community could eat after the work.
