Good day my fellow steemians and members of this prestigious community. How are you doing in your respective countries? Happy new year to you all. I'm so glad to a member of this community. This is my second post here. I hope you are having a great time? I'm so grateful to God for the gift of life. I am here to tell you how my day went on the above date.. This week I already feel blessed due to this circumstance.

They say "happiness is the State of the mind." That adage is nothing but the truth. today two things happened that made me felt so ecstatic like I was stoned from hard drugs. My level of mental health was so high that I felt like a kite flying so high. I will definitely talk about my day. but two things really happened that blew my mind.
As usual I woke up feeling grateful for life and thankful to God for sound health. I'm an artist and almost everyone who goes through my blog or post knows that. I woke up to an unfinished artwork that I have been working on for months now. I felt so reluctant in completing the work.

It's a personal collection that's why I don't have the motivation of rushing to finish it with a precise dateline. I was working on it when I had a call from my closest friend @paulyoung telling me about an unfinished business we had the previous day. Though I'm not sure we will finish the business sooner. However, I assured him of keeping true to my part of the deal. He thanked me and hanged up from his end of the phone call.
After the call I decided to stalk myself online by visiting my steemit account. When I logged in I met two notification which came from me winning a particular contest in

The reward that got me rejoicing

steem4nigeria. A contest I wrote about last week. I never knew I would win the contest, talk more of winning with first position and getting a booming vote. I was at home alone. I shouted with joy when I saw that. Since my data was on automatically all my social media notifications popped up. I decided to check them one after the other. This was at noon. I was just taking a break from drawing. I got a chat from my favorite celebrity girlfriend Mfoniso Sunday. Mfoniso is my girlfriend, though I will be talking about her when I post the artwork I did for her in worldofxpilar community. Mfoniso sent me twenty thousand naira which is equivalent to 74 steem according to the global market of steem.

Mfoniso has inspired me in so many ways without knowing. Though I will talk about her. However, that won't be here or now.
She paid me for the framing and delivery of the hyperrealistic charcoal portrait I did for her since last year. That work is one of my greatest masterpiece.

God bless her for keeping to her own part of the deal. After surfing through the internet throughout the remaining day I had to go to my thespian rehearsal with my new friend Mary.

After a couple of hours during the rehearsal I had to call my fellow steemian @jemilatbuhari to join us at the venue.
Today was an exciting day. I didn't feel tired or stressed out after all the day's activities. I finally retired to my apartment and wrote about it before I slept off. See you tomorrow.
Tomorrow I will be framing Mfoniso's artwork and deliver it, take pictures with her and post it on all my social media platforms. She needs to know how much I value her.
