Job Opportunity: The Greens is hiring a Director of Projects and Programs

The Greens, a not-for-profit, apolitical, and non-governmental organization located at First Off-License Ndamukong, Bamenda, is currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as the Director of Projects and Programs.

The Director of Projects and Programs will play a pivotal role in leading, managing, implementing, and documenting The Greens' projects and programs in alignment with the 2024 plan of action and 2030 strategic plan. We are looking for a visionary, creative, and effective communicator who possesses ambition and experience in leadership and project management.

Essential qualifications for this role include a passion for environmentalism and sustainable development, with additional preference given to candidates with experience in grant writing and social networking. This is a full-time position that involves extensive capacity building, field activities, and networking.

Qualifications:

• Holders of at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent are encouraged to apply.

• G.C.E Advanced Level holders with over 3 years of experience in similar roles can also submit their applications.

• Applicants should be below 34 years old and residents of Bamenda.

• A genuine passion for environmentalism and sustainable development is a prerequisite.
