Hello Cameronians I salute you all great minds, I'm so delighted to come your way again this wonderful evening. I am @udoikotabasi by username, I feel i should share my today's activities with you Steemians.
I woke up at about 04 :32 AM, after I was done communicating with the Lord I went straight to the kitchen to help my wife in the house chores, though she wasn't strong enough to do them due to the little surgery she did last night at about 8:01 PM. I Put on the gas cylinder after about 15 minutes the fire went off from the gas cylinder as the result of low gas supply, I had to gather some firewood and light up the firewood to enable me prepare breakfast for everyone. After I prepped my son for school, my wife helped dropped him off. And l left the house for work then I found this Amazing fruit coconut and stopped by to get one for my self.

This coconut has three layers, Exocarp, Mesocarp and Endocarp. This wasn't difficult for me to break it to get reached the coconut water and the meat.

A firm texture delicious and sweet flavor, I scraped the raw white meat out of the shell and eat it which contain protein and lots of vitamins, this help my body to regulate chemical reactions and keep my bodily fluids in balance today at work.

My official hours today was so stressful to the extent I almost forgot to go pick my kid from school on time, ahh...🤨. On getting to office I met so many files and lots of Mail inside on my desk that needed an urgent treatment, trying to give effective job delivery from 9:15 AM till about 3:02 PM then i remember i have some parental responsibility immediately ran out of the office like a Sheep that has no shepherd 😄 to catch up with my kid at school. Though i succeeded picking him from school behind their departure time and got some advice from the head teacher.

After I have rested for sometimes towards 06:04 PM I went to refilled my gas cylinder in the local gas station nearby. And that's help us had our dinner for the day.
