The Diary Game: A Successful Wedding And Traditional Marriage Of A Sister||26/12/2024||

Greetings @everyone and welcome to my Blog. Today, I'll be sharing my Thursday Activities, please stay tuned and read with love from @uyaiuyo

In the morning, I woke up, prayed, exercised, cleaned up the house and also make breakfast for the family. I bathed the kids, showered, they had their breakfast and I asked my hubby to drop them off with their grandma since I had a wedding and traditional marriage to attend and the venue was far. I didn't want to stress @uyaiuyo kids.

Meanwhile, this is the wedding I have been attending marriage planning committee meeting. It finally came to an end.

This was me after dressing up at home with " Women's Fellowship Assembly Uniform" since the bride was a member of the Women's Fellowship in the church. Omo, see as wrapper fit me o.... Smiles.

I arrived at the church and decided to take a little photo before going inside the church.

The wedding started, the groom matched in with his entourage and the bride also matched in with her entourage.

Time for preaching came and our president preached and also advised them on how couple should live together and love each other unconditionally.

In the afternoon, the church wedding was over and it was time for photo session with the couple.

I went home to change to another attire (one of the couple's marriage uniforms) since we will be going to the bride's village for the Traditional Marriage Proper. This was me returning to church after dressing in my house.

I waited patiently for the other buses that was hired to load before I joined the committee bus because there was a special coaster bus for all Marriage Committee Members. So, this was me inside the bus

It was a two hours drive, though there was a lot of set back while on the road but we arrived safely at the bride's village to God Be The Glory though it was already evening time.

In the evening, we arrived at the bride's village. So, this was me arriving the bride's village. The Traditional Marriage Proper started. Parents of the bride was ushered in, food and drinks was shared to all and sundry.

It was time for "Declaration of Consent" this was done amazingly by the groom's family with expensive drinks and money.

The groom was ushered in Majestically. Like this, committee members were busy putting things in place.

Tadah, here comes the bride beautifully adorned with her Expensive Traditional Attires. She sure made a beautiful bride.

The Traditional Marriage Rites took place and the couple were joined together Traditionally To The Glory Of God.

After the Traditional Marriage Rites, the ceremony came to an end with a photo sessions with family and friends.

Finally, everyone entered their various buses and we zoomed off. I arrived at my house by pass 10pm and I thanked Almighty God For Journey Mercies. This was how I spent My Thursday.
