The Diary Game: My Kids School Resumption Day Spent At The Shop||06/01/2025||

Good morning beautiful people of Steemit Platform. Welcome To My Blog. Hope we all had a good night rest. Today, I'll be sharing My Monday Activities Being My Kids School Resumption Day Spent At My Shop with you all. Please, stay tuned and read with love from @uyaiuyo

In the morning, I woke up, prayed, exercised, washed my face and my hands. Went to the kitchen to get my baking ingredients and proceeded to buns making.

This was me after mixing all the dry ingredients for my buns and making the buns dough as well.

This was me after cutting the dough into ball shapes, allowed to rest before frying and tadah! Buns was ready.

I bathed the kids, had my shower. Made breakfast with Custard, honey, milk and bread. Served the kids, dressed them up and we zoomed off to the shop.

Are you wandering why the kids did not attend school on resumption date? Smiles! I caught you saying that in your mind... Smiles.

Well, I took my own off on school Resumption Day because I know once we resumed, it will be back to back work. Sense will not kill me... Smiles.

This was us at the shop after displaying our fabrics and buns outside.

In the afternoon, while still at the shop. My little baby "baby Dise-Abasi" arrived at the shop with her mom and kid brother.

I know you're wondering, what kind of dressing is this... Lol. My daughter "Adiaha Mma" and "Baby Dise-Abasi" literally changed their dresses to my lite tops I like wearing at the shop to receive fresh air... Smiles.

And my son "Akpan Mma" literally took it upon himself to style them with gele. Is God not wonderful..... Smiles.

In the evening, while still at the shop, my good friend @udoikotabasi while returning from work stopped by to say hello to me.

Later that same evening, was craving for native food so I ordered this plate of awesomeness for myself, mom and kids. This tasted really good and we downloaded it with a bottle of sweet palm wine and of course; you all know that the unity of Africa is in palm wine and palm wine also have lots of health benefits which includes; improves heart health, promotes stronger immune system, promotes healthy skin, hair and nails, rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals and protein, contains probiotic bacteria that can prevent the growth of harmful bacteria in the gut, improves eyesight since it's rich in yeast, improves lactation in breastfeeding mothers.

I can say that I am a beneficiary of improvement of eyesight via palm wine and also a beneficiary of improvement of lactation in breastfeeding mothers because when I had my first child, had difficulties breastfeeding because of lack of breast milk so, my mother in-law, brought correct sweet palm wine from the village for me and boomed, my lactation was dripping like borehole... Smiles. The feeling is unforgettable.

Later that same evening after I closed from shop, hubby picked us up and we went straight to my pharmacist in his pharmacy to treat our kids with malaria and typhoid medications so they'll be physically fit for this term's academic pursuit.

Meet my pharmacist; Pharm. Emediong of AGB pharmacy. He's been my pharmacist for years and I've introduced a lot of family and friends to him who also benefits from his prescriptions and Medications as well. He's medications are top notch.

We drove home, I bathed the kids, had my shower, served dinner to hubby and retired to my bed. This was how I spent My Monday being My Kids School Resumption Day.
