Less than 3 weeks for the kick off of the the Championship in Cameroon as early announced by Fecafoot the football teams in the Northwest West region of the country began preparation with a preseason tournament that will run from date 5th of February to date 15th with 8 teams sheared in 2 pools .
We have pool A made up of
YOSA , Rangers , Hiltop and Bafmeng
Pool B PWD of Bamenda, Rainbow, Funcha Street and Option sport.
In the opening match we saw the newly promoted elite 2 side Rangers fc of Bafut settle for a 1 all tie againts the Regional league amateur side Hiltop strikers .
Bafut Rangers have been training for a long time in preparation for the championship.
The second match of the day was between Yosa vs Bafmeng United
We saw how the Regional league side humbled the elite one team 1 nill.
Yong sports Accademic didn't provide the result everyone was expecting.
A beautifully XXL performance from the guys who were eliminated last year in the mini interpool semi finals. Their return this year is something else aiming for a national level ticket.
The next day of play is stated for Fabuary 8 at big mankon.
