Everyone has their own adapted ways to stay fit and healthy, do you know that taking a lot of water early in the morning is also very helpful to our health? This among many others is a simple routine that we can adapt to keep us fit and prevent some minor illnesses in our bodies.
"AN APPLE A DAY KEEPS THE DOCTOR AWAY" implies the discipline we adopt for implementing a healthy routine daily which keeps us away from being ill or sick.
People who do not have a healthy routing plan to keep watch of their body changes always find their self in the hospital to see the doctor for a checkup, this statement is trying to drive steemians to share some of their routing or activities that keep them healthy and always from going to the hospital every day

Some practices I implement to keep myself healthy include:
•Exercise
I always observe my exercise every morning before I take my bath, it keeps me strengthened and refreshed for my daily activities. Exercise also keeps me flexible and also maintains my body shape because I burn fat and maintain good structure. Exercise is one of the healthy habits I never joke with.
•Eating Good Food/Diet
I always make sure I eat very Good food and diet. I also don't jokes about fruit and vegetables. My body is very sensitive whenever I eat food that is not well prepared and the reaction to such food gives me serious stomach upset.
•Proper Hygiene
I make sure I maintain a clean environment, especially my toilet, and kitchens. Maintaining proper hygiene keeps me away from germs and diseases.
•Adequate rest
It is another important route to maintain proper rest after stress. Whenever we are stressed out, we should be sensitive enough to notice and take some rest to regain back our energy lost.

I got to know this habit when I suffer from a very serious infection and illness. Several tests reveal that it was a result of the environment. There I improve my healthy steps for maintaining my environment and hygiene.
I also began to add weight and became disfigured and my shape fatty. I then follow an online exercise routing class which I practice and that assists me a lot to get back in shape.
I am a chef so I eat a good and healthy diet because I love cooking and eating good food. I also know the importance of a good diet to the body.

The healthy benefit of this habit is so numerous. Whenever I am stressed out, all I do is take my bath and rest because resting is the best remedy for relieving stress.
I also feel strengthened whenever I eat good food and take 🍓 fruit, eating good food gives energy and builds the body system. Observing my exercise strengthen my bones and body supporting system. Above all, maintaining a healthy habit keeps us mentally sound and keeps us away from always going to the hospital.

Yes. Everyone needs good health and energy. So maintaining healthy habits is very important to always stay strong and away from the doctor at all times.
As days go by, we get older and weaker, at our older age, we need to engage in exercise, eat good food, enough rest and have proper hygiene. This keeps us stronger and healthier even in our Old age.
