SDG 1-17.jpg

We address this message to you my fellow brothers and sisters, youths of the African continent. we will start by thanking the Almighty God for the lives of those of our youths who finally made it into the New Year 2021. I say this because 95% of us African youths are living the first hell on Earth. Only God knows what will happen to our souls when we shall depart from this Earth.

My fellow brothers and sisters, youths of Africa, it is with deep pain in my heart that I stand today to recount the inhuman treatment we receive as youths of this continent (Africa). Some of us are very lucky to be alive today to tell the world the stories of fallen brothers and sisters who lost their life due to one of the following reasons,
• Very high levels of poverty
• Political and religious crisis
• Tribalism which has led to xenophobia
• Bad governance in our various countries
• Youth manipulation

Fellow African youths, my brothers and sisters it is about 400 years ago that our African parents were stolen, kidnapped, and sold by the white as slaves from our continent to their own continent where they worked day and night under very hard, harsh, callous and deplorable conditions to make America and Europe what it is today. They were our ages when they were taken from us, so this is the time for us to stand up and work for the development of our continent. After so many years that our ancestors worked under inhuman conditions as slaves, we are told a story of the abolition of the inhuman practice (slavery and slave trade), but today, these practices are still there in another form.

My fellow African brothers and sisters, we all are witnesses to the fact that the abolition of slavery and the slave trade process never succeeded, Theoretically slavery and slave trade was abolished but practically and mentally we are still slaves. They later proceeded to partition our African territory amongst themselves into what they then called colonies. Some years after, they decided to decolonize the colonies giving independence and the right to self-determination to the African colonies. This is another failed process.

My dear brothers and sisters, the problems we face today in our continent are due to the failed processes of decolonization of African colonies into independent countries and the abolition of slavery as the western world has not yet totally let go of our leadership in Africa. If not all, 90% of our African presidents act as colonial governors put in place by a western power. They concentrate more on satisfying their colonial masters rather than paying attention to the needs of the citizens of their various countries. The western powers entrusted them with so much power that they finally become dictators to their citizens, preaching democracy while practicing tyranny, always changing the country’s constitution to their favor.
Our presidents have failed us 100% for they have little or no plans for us African youths. As a result, millions of our brothers and sisters die on their way trying to search for greener pastures abroad, Some prefer to be refugees hoping for a better future in other countries just because their countries of birth have not shown them, love. Some who finally make it abroad do modern slavery as they work 18 hours a day just to pay bills, feed, and take care of the families back home.

My dear brothers and sisters, the western powers have designed the best laws for their countries, very beautiful constitutions for themselves, designed very good developmental plans for about 10 generations after now. What have they done for us?
• Created sit-tight presidents who become dictators and rule for about 5 times the terms of their western counterparts.
• Created political, social, and religious crises in our continent that have slowed down the developmental process thereby creating unemployment and poverty in the continent.
• Pushed us, black people, to hate our fellow black brothers and sisters.
• Sponsored terrorism in Africa to keep us permanently in war conditions while our resources are shipped to their continents.

My fellow brothers and sisters, religion is one of the causes of underdevelopment in Africa. It’s a way of life and should not rather separate us. There are so many religious crises that have taken away the lives of energetic African youths who we strongly needed for the development of our great continent. We are originally African with an identity and a culture, we cannot dispute this fact. We have a religion that we have abandoned to adopt the white man's religions of Christianity, Islamism, etc which are equally not bad ways of life. We also have to accept the fact that there are so many different religions that are aimed at worshiping one God who is the creator of heaven and earth and the owner of us all. We should please learn to accept ourselves in love, stop the fighting, accept everyone’s idea that it counts and allow each and every African to choose freely from which denomination he or she wishes to worship God. If we accept each other as sons and daughters of God almighty not regarding which religion who follows, there will be lasting peace in our continent and from here we will pick up for development.

We equally call on all presidents of conflict zones in Africa to start thinking of the main purpose of their office, which is to protect, provide and secure the lives and properties of their citizens. Two wrongs will never make a right. They should choose the options of genuine dialogue to end the crises in every part of Africa, so we the youths can build up our continent again. We also call on the other side, the angry youths who have for one reason or the other picked guns against their governments, to advocate for genuine dialogue for a lasting solution for all crises in Africa. We can’t continue to bury our children, mothers, fathers, brothers, and sisters every day in Africa. While the western world is creating and building new cities we are destroying and burning the homes of our parents, burning villages, and destroying our own continent. We call for a ceasefire on all the warring parts in conflicts here in Africa and plead with them to engage in meaningful and genuine dialogues to solve the problems and stop the war in Africa. The number of internally displaced keeps rising, the number of refugees of various African conflict countries keeps increasing. They are all suffering. Is that why you fight? For your people to die in refugee camps? Please, genuine dialogue is the solution to our problems in Africa.
To our world powers, our former colonial masters, whether we like it or not you remain the creator of African problems and it is your responsibility to fix the mess you left unfixed. And we call on you to play your role like a parent does to his or her children in your various personal homes. You introduced us to the western religion which taught us this “teach your children the good way of life so that when they grow up they shall not depart from it” that is what the holy books say. Rather you teach your children peace and development in Europe and America and sponsor wars and terrorism to African youths. We the African youths call on you to get involved in the process of genuine dialogue between the fighting factions whether it is the government fighting angry citizens agitating for their rights, Muslims fighting Christians, or Christians fighting Muslims. without taking sides. You should be the father to listen to the cries of both parties and solve the problem in a manner that will bring long-lasting peace in Africa. Please, the solution to our problem is not for western power to support African presidents with war weapons to fight their own citizens. That is not the same thing you provide your youths over there in Europe and America. You give your children a very quality education, good health, employment, and a good life. But what you give us Africans are guns to fight ourselves, kill our brothers and sisters. We say ‘no’ to that.

My fellow African youths, brothers and sisters it is time for us to reflect on the saying that “the youths of today are the leaders of tomorrow”. That tomorrow is now. We should say NO TO TRIBALISM, BAD GOVERNANCE, CORRUPTION, and NO TO GUNS. ALL WE NEED IS PEACE, PEACE, and PEACE.
To all our African youths, this forum or movement is created for us to join hands and build a better African for generations yet unborn. We call on all African youths from every country to get registered under this organization so that together we can fight poverty, bad governance, corruption, the religious and political crisis in Africa as well as contributing to the realization of the Sustainable Development Goals which are meant to make life better for all on planet Earth. We equally call on all African youths to get seriously involved in their countries’ politics.
My dear brothers and sister refuse to be used by any politician to achieve devilish aims that will not move our continent forward, refuse to be used for rigging elections, for you will be putting the wrong person in power. Refuse to be corrupted by any politician to vote because you are being paid to do so, refuse to carry guns for any politician to kill your brother or sister. Refuse to carry a gun to fight for any politician at all for they have their children in very good homes and schools abroad and you will be exposed to death.

To all our African military brothers and sisters, before you joined the military, you were once a civilian, before you joined the military you were once oppressed by the same brutal government you kill for before you joined the military you came out from a woman’s womb and blood flows through your veins. So many of you joined the military through the collective contributions of your communities for a son or daughter to belong in the country’s military. While in the military you have civilian families made up of either your husband or wife with children, parents, sisters, and brothers. The oath taken by you military men and women is to protect the lives and properties of civilians and protect the territorial boundaries of the country from enemies. To the best of our knowledge, the military of a country is owned by the country and not the property of some selected individuals in that country. In most parts of Africa, the military has turned their backs on their armless civilians, burning their villages, robbing them of their hard earn cash, raping our women, killing our fathers and brothers just because they work for a heartless president or commander. The million dollars question here is:
• If all civilians leave the country and abandon it for the military, who will they work for? My military brothers and sisters think well.
• For the heartless leaders, why do you kill the same people who entrusted you with power?
Whether you are president, military, religious leader, leader of a group of citizens, fight for their rights in Africa, please we are all one, let’s preach love to one another, let there be social justice amongst us Africans, every African, please we are one. Let us stop killing ourselves and develop the continent for our children.
We wish to thank the fabulous works of the following African leaders who are fighting tirelessly for economic freedom and social justice in Africa.
• PLO LUMUMBA
• JULIUS MALEMA
• PAUL KAGAME
• AKOFFO ADDO
Your works give us hope for a great and developed Africa, never give up the fight for social justice In our great continent, for as you move forward we are behind you.

My fellow African youths join the movement today so that together we can join our voices to say:

NO TO BAD GOVERNANCE IN AFRICA

NO TO GUNS

STOP THE KILLING ON BOTH SIDES

STOP BURNING OUR VILLAGES

Together we shall be preaching justice and equality in Africa.
*Long live African development, youth employment, and social justice
*Long live love amongst us Africans
*Long live peace and equality in Africa
*Long live Africa

It will be heard one day my dear. We just have to keep talking.

This is so inspiring @yeesja .Time indeed to stand up as youths and take the future in our hands...But how will this vision be achieved when many of our youths have been deprived of education? However, being optimistic is the watch word...Thanks for inspiration @yeesja

You are much welcomed bro. The change starts with us. I am not a rich man but i make sure I educate children when I have the opportunity. I sponsor children I don't even know. We are backward because they do not want us to have the education and stand up against the system one day.

We shall one day over come. Not fighting them with guns but by uniting ourselves as one big family working together in one love.

Exactly !you have said it all my brother.Hope is for us..

Nice and impressive write up , our ladies are just like puppets and can be manipulated anyhow by the western.if we all change our mentality and come as one then africa will be a better place since we have both resources and labour force
@yeesja I like your elucidation 👍

Thanks bro. This will one day come to pass. France is doing every thing to frustrate the idea of the African free trade zone.

You see the unity amongst west Africans countries and you see the speed at which they grow.

All we need is peace love and unity.

Exactly bro

Oh Jesus 😭 you just reminded me of how much we youths are living a living hell here! The manipulation has Led to severe and unthinkable crimes these days. My prayer each day is that let the fear of the Lord which brings wisdom invade us, and let the holy spirit teach us his ways because our ways are only to kill ourselves 😔 thanks for this eye opener bro🙏🏾 God bless you. #cameroon #affable

I see light at the end of the tunnel my bro, I see love and peace raining in this part of the world one day, I see dictators giving up the fight for justice, see and Africa without black hate on black, I see Cameroonians abandoning beletic for politics, I see war been replaced by development, I see you and I working together to make all this things come to pass.

#Longliveafrica
#Longlivepeace

True sir and amen

Impressive writing bro, Hope we all stand together as one in attaining this goal of freedom, fighting against bad governance not with weapons but our preaching of good will. Let all africans come together for we are in battle, the battle long began, with unity and Almighty God on our side victory is for sure.

Going through this, i really like the message it's passing out to all the leaders of the world and more especially here in our african continent. Hope it reaches all the youth out there

We pray so. We just have to resteem the post for it to go far.

Thanks for reading.

This is very inspiring. It's true that most of the problems we face were created by the west but personally i think the West have given us the opportunity to solve our problems and be a better version of ourselves. I am one of those who does not believe in the West to fix African problems and who now believes that the problem with Africa is Africans and no body.
We are now educated and know the difference between right and wrong and its left for us as young people to make conscious decisions and chose what is right always.
If Africans change, they can change the world.

YOU SAID IT ALL. OUR DESTINY IS IN THE HANDS OF US THE YOUNG PEOPLE. LET US ALL MAKE A CHANGE AND BETTER OUR CONTINENT.

THANKS, @thegreens
