Boston is opening its first recreational dispensary soon. The cities first shop is being opened by Pure Oasis, an Economic Empowerment Applicant.

The currenty situation has been a lack of transparency and fairness with application approvals, as larger companies have been able to open shop without issue, sometimes multiple locations.

The communities on Massachusettsd have been engaging in exhortative practices, as the wield a sign ificant amount of power in the approval process. Fal River mayor is a case of this and a number of towns are being investigated by the federal govt/
