Boston is opening its first recreational dispensary soon. The cities first shop is being opened by Pure Oasis, an Economic Empowerment Applicant.

The currenty situation has been a lack of transparency and fairness with application approvals, as larger companies have been able to open shop without issue, sometimes multiple locations.
The communities on Massachusettsd have been engaging in exhortative practices, as the wield a sign ificant amount of power in the approval process. Fal River mayor is a case of this and a number of towns are being investigated by the federal govt/

FDA pledges action against ‘unlawful CBD products’ while offering confidentiality for research
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration said it will continue to “take appropriate action against unlawful CBD products that pose a risk of harm to the public,” even as the federal agency implored the industry to collaborate with the government to study CBD’s possible benefits and dangers.
