probably, as that would be cheapest.
terpenes are usually made from other plants (like lemons), not cannabis.
most "sauce" (expensive extract) is about 50% terpenes, which are pretty much free to the company.
limonene is what harsh kitchen cleaners use to kill bacteria and smell fresh.... it's extremely cheap stuff, a byproduct of other processes usually.
some companies sell tiny bottles of it, for adding to dabs, for like $20 each..... literally half a cent worth of terpenes lol
