Rotator Cuff Tendonitis aap or aapke kandhay ke Rotator Cuff ke tendons ko soozish ya jalan karne wali aik jisam hai. Rotator Cuff aapke kandhay ke joint ke gird char muscles aur unke tendons ka group hai, yeh aapko apne baazu uthane aur ghumane ki ijaazat deta hai. Diagnosis of Rotator Cuff Tendonitis is done by medical professional. Yahaan kuch mukhtasir tareeqay hain:

  • History of Present Illness: Understanding the signs and symptoms, when they began, and any activity that may aggravate pain.

  • Physical Examination: Check for tenderness, sensitivity, and range of motion in the shoulder.

  • Special Tests: The expert compact movements, the Neer's Impingement Test or the Hawkins–Kennedy test are often used by the expert to diagnose the problem.

Although imaging tests like X-rays or MRIs are occasionally used, the emphasis here is on the physical examination — a hands-on, shoulder-centered narrative!

As part of this homework, I did three exercises designed to improve shoulder mobility and strengthen the Rotator Cuff. Yeh raha mera safar:

1. Pendulum Swings
  • Maine Kya Kiya: Ek table par muteharriku zindu par the pyaar mein jhuk gaya ga raha, jis se mera muathehar zindha latkat rahi. Maine nardiya baalon se kuch laana kiye apne baazu se chhoti dairon mein chhoti le.
  • Tajurba: Yeh exercise aakaar mein baikhilaf tha, arlah maangli humayeeshn!

2. Shoulder Blade Squeezes

  • Supercharged: Maine Kya Kiya: Seedha baitha aur narmi se apne shoulder blades ko ek saath dabaya, chand seconds tak position ko barqarar rakha aur phir chhod diya.

  • Experience: Felt like a good stretch on my shoulder and I felt the active muscles.

3. Wall Crawls

  • Maine Kya Kiya: Deewar ke samne khada raha aur ungliyon ko dheere dheere upar ki taraf chalaya.

  • Experience: It was a bit difficult but it did feel like the better range of motion was with every repetition.
