Hello all,
I have not been active on Steemit for a long time now, but I have decided something different for my account. I will start a fitness blog and keep everyone updated about my fitness journey. I started lifting about two years ago because well I was an insecure teenager but over time, I started enjoying it and it has become a passion for me. I try to focus on strength and hypertrophy training equally, and am currently following a five day upper/lower split.
