Greetings,

It's a beautiful autumn day here in London today and I've managed to go out for my regular walk in the delightful weather. It was actually quite overcast and even densely cloudy in places when I first set out, but that quickly cleared to a hazy sky and eventually a blue one.

The trees are now starting their transformation. Some of them are well along with yellow, orange, and even brown leaves. Some trees have even shed up to 50% of their leaves already while others are still lush green, waiting to shed much later in the season.

It got me thinking about the cycle of life and what we're doing here. We are part of this ecosystem so, whether we like it or not, we are part of the birth - death cycle. We are born in the springtime of our lives, grow and blossom to our peak in our summer, grow old and wither in our autumn and die in winter.

For many, it's a hope to enjoy the time they have on this planet, even though so many don't get to do so. A huge chunk of our time, especially in our summer, is spent labouring away to earn enough to survive. So few ever attain financial freedom for many reasons. Even those that could attain it, at times don't, due to this one thing that I talked about in the above video.

Photo walk /

I'm quite enjoying doing photography with the camera that is always with me - my iPhone, especially now with all the beautiful autumn leaves. With the light getting quite low in the sky, even buildings that would normally appear harsh in the sunshine now take on a more picturesque vista, particularly against a nice blue sky.

I saw a whole bunch of mushrooms all over the place but check this one out. I've never seen anything like this! It looks like a jelly fish or something that should be living underwater. Do you know what this mushroom is?
