Starting My Workout In The Morning Before SkipTheDishes - Set Your Mind, GET IT!!!

Welcome to the Daily @D00k13, starting my day with doing a workout I set out on a shift of #SkipTheDishes prior to working the freezer job. Seeing as yesterday's effort to do a workout did not result in much of anything I have decided to start each morning with at least getting some Push-Ups & Sit-Ups done. Some mornings I will be able to go a little bit further with a venture to the school to do some Chin-Ups.

One thing to note by the time work was done I was ready for a meal and bed. Difference of getting out first thing and starting a little muscle burn. My after work hustle will be a little less due to this especially with trying to pick up as much work with SkipTheDishes as I can 😎
