While researching MGID's mission on their website https://www.mgid.com/ to provide superior customer service to publishers around the world, has anyone actually experienced their customer support first hand? After all, I am really impressed by the wide reach of MGID: more than 32,000 publishers and 185 billion impressions per month - this is no small achievement and such indicators are impressive and make us think about the use of native advertising. But does this scale affect the quality of their service or the accuracy of their targeting?
