I absolutely agree with this but also there are always two sides to every decision. They may want to send traffic to the person's page on the other website to help them grow their channel. So, I agree but this may be the action they took to help others.

    That does make a lot of sense. As a user though I am more tempted to navigate away or open up the video. So it might also be doing the opposite to what they want
