In life, what we find impossible to achieve often weighs us down but then this makes us underrate what we subconsciously achieve on a daily basis. Sometimes people underate what it means to live healthy even when circumstances around them can hamper their well-being. Sometimes we set out in life with diverse goals hoping to hit milestones and the sometimes when we fail we don't realise that the pressure of being successful can sometimes make it difficult for us to become achievers.
This means that sometimes when we take our minds off of the a lot of things we find out that we achieve these things easily. The fear of seeing success as a compulsion brings a certain phobia which makes people supceptible to mistakes.
