What is this mysterious planet [Explained]

According to a YouTuber, this is not the moon. Is that true? Lions Ground Investigates (video on request).

A webcam is installed looking over Kals am Großglockner, a municipality in the district of Lienz in the exclave of East Tirol, Austria. The camera recorded a moon at that time.

According to YouTuber and Lions Ground supporter Mima Kiora, this is not the moon. She doesn't explain what she thinks it is.
