Cornflour - ½ cup

Paprika / Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
Ginger powder - 1 tsp
Garlic powder - 2 tsp
Baking soda - 1 tsp

For 2nd coating:
Egg - 2
Salt
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
