Order Follower Has No Clue
I was recently in downtown Spokane at the county courthouse trying to get some answers to questions about a recent deputy involved shooting when I came across 2 unmarked Washington State Patrol vehicles. Knowing it is unlawful to drive these vehicles for anything other than undercover work, special investigations and traffic control purposes I went to invetigate. This is the video of what happened when I encountered Trooper Scott Powers. After questioning him a little about the unmarked vehicles I determined because of his nervousness and lack of compliance he had probably consumed some alcohol or other drug at some point.
