You can call it Fascism, social Fascism, then again you can also call it social Marxism (there is a huge difference, I know). You can also state that it's Political Correctness, as Politically Controlling the usage of ones words, it's up to you how you perceive it and verbalize your opinion.
I personally feel that the use of languages when it comes to words, expressions and so on... Are being limited by perception and knee jerk reactions by taking certain phrasing and words out of context redefining what was said to mean something different than was intended, causing speech to be limited and regretfully Crippling languages in the process. The video above discusses this by giving examples and explains the downsides of this. For me intention and context are 2 important concepts and should take into consideration.

Regarding the George Carlin Political Correctness is...Title
Even thought the quote is usually attributed to George Carlin there is no recorded record that I came across, I still kept it because I mirrored this video trough the creative commons section and it now is an archive video due to the original upload being gone. For a long time I changed the title to Marxism because I felt it was more valid however since the video shows it as Fascism I changed it back.
Another point to note is that it's not between quotation marks, hence not written as an quote. The video has George Carlin's voice and again part of the title is an phrase shown in the video.
