    Thanks a lot sista for letting me know about it , I used to upload on Dtube through my YouTube links , I mean I used to cross post my videos here but today after a long time I had tried to upload the video in a normal way , maybe that's the reason video is not showing up . Seems like I have to go with the cross post option only , will try to upload next video within next 5 hours , I hope my video will appear then 😟 .

      Well, check you last 2 days post, happening the same, I guess it's not about IPFS, I think we are missing something. I think you should contact a technical person as well to discuss this issue..
