Aerial view: Protesters take to streets of Minsk after Lukashenko's inauguration

Thousands of people took to streets of Minsk to participate in a rally opposing the recent inauguration of Belarusian President Aleksander Lukashenko. About 200 people have been detained during opposition protests which were held in various Belarusian cities throughout the day, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported. Earlier in the day, a rally in support of Alexander Lukashenko was also held in Minsk.
