It was slightly drizzling but as the video progress, it started to rain heavenly. This is how things folded today while I was making the video. Today video is very important for all the freshers who will be getting ready to face their interview. As I was preparing my nephew for an interview I went through my memory lane, of my youth where I faced a lot of issue while giving interview.
Interview is not a easy process for anybody but as the things folds up and you get more exposure you will get to know all the chunks that are important to make your impression better. From clothing sense to walking inside the office to sitting podture everything matters and nowadays when the competition matters you need comes first to get the job offer. Cracking an interview is an art. Companies try to get the best person for their job and that why they conduct the interview process. It is kind of screening process which starts with the resume screening, then to know your choices and then drilling process with your knowledge and skills.
Company hires the best mind after looking into their requirement. And select the right candidate that suits them for their job. Well all of them doesn't seems easy task and take a lot of effort. It is important that a candidate remain positive and face the interview with full confidence.
