Hello Everyone,
All of us wants a job security in our carreer. Somethingbthat allow us to work freely and for lo ger duration to make our life at ease. While there is no job security at private sector, that what make people to choose jobs in government sector and they are reqsy to sacrifice to clear thr competition. In India, a government employee can easily works upto they attain the age of 60.
When we work in the private sector, we all were afraid of being kicked out if not perform properly. Or in cade of some rake over or in cade the company is thinking of jobs cutting. With automation in places, many employee feel insecure of their jobs. We may think that such risk of losing job is only with the lower level employee or middle level employee. However such thing is also applicable with senior level management as well. But they are more safer than what a lower level employee of middle level.
These senior employees were sitting handsomely on many perks and perquisites that allow them to relax even at the time of being fired up. That is it KS always said that "when the ship is crashing, put on the golden parachute." . This is basically a clause that entitle an employee with many advantages when asked to leave the organization. And that is what termed as **golden parachute.
